Optional Coverage

There are 6 optional plans that you can choose to purchase by payroll deduction or leftover FlexDollars:

• Health Spending Account - Opt out or contribute any amount
• Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance - Available in units of $20,000 to a maximum of $200,000
• Optional Life Insurance - Available in units of $10,000 to a maximum of $250,000. Medical check may be required
• Optional Spousal Life Insurance - Available in units of $10,000 to a maximum of $150,000. Medical check may be required
• Optional Child Life Insurance - 2 options - $5000 or $10,000 flat amount
• DC PensionFlex - Use leftover FlexDollars to contribute to your retirement savings. This option is separate from the DC Pension-Payroll plan.
