T4 Reporting

Where Do I Find The Information I Need For The T4 Report?

At the end of January you will receive a Report from our office for each of your employees. This report shows the Taxable Benefit relating to group benefits from the Worker Benefit Plans as well as the Pension Adjustment and DC pension plan contributions. These amounts are required to complete the T4 Statement of Remuneration Paid.

Here is an example of the Taxable Benefits Report we send to Employers each year with the information required to fill out the T4’s.

Please refer to the Canada Revenue Agency’s website for assistance with completing your T4’s if necessary. Employers are required to file their T4 information return by the last day of February.
